Fantastic stay near Piccadilly!

Check-in was easy with the staff so helpful. The room included comfy beds that I really loved. Free Wi-Fi worked great! I also appreciated the option to rent a coffee tray for only £3.50. It was very convenient.
The shower had a mirror. The location was unexpected. I had to walk more to access the train station. It was not the best experience.

Breakfast included the usual expected selections and it was perfect. Costa Coffee is available too, that's a big plus! I found it a very convenient option for my morning.

The hotel is well-located and near a bus stop! A Sainsbury's and Domino's are really close for food, I loved that. It was easy to grab necessities and have a quick meal.

I found the location very convenient for attending events at the Co-op Live arena. It was about a 15-minute walk back after the concert. The room was simple and clean (just what I needed, actually). The check-in process was straightforward, which i appreciated.
The absence of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience for me. I do like a hot drink in the morning.

the bed was not comfortable. i could feel the springs pressing into my back all night. the breakfast area lacked cleanliness and staff did not address the spilled food left uncleaned during the morning rush. the coffee machine was out of order and no alternative was provided, a poor start to my demanding schedule.
